We are Doubling Down as we start 2019 with our first Raise the Bar of the year! Join Dame Amy Jo Pedone, owner of Valenza Chocolatier and Shelby Coffman, co-owner of the newly renovated Hood Kitchen in Costa Mesa for Happy Hour on MONDAY, JANUARY 21st from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.

We welcome all women in the F&B and Hospitality industry to come and share in the conversation and benefit other women at our monthly give-back happy hour. Just $25 includes your first drink and parking.

Master Chocolatier, Amy Jo will walk us through how to use your senses to taste fine chocolate plus an exclusive tasting of Valenza Chocolatier’s 2019 Valentine’s Day Collections; including Bonbon flavors of Blackberry Rosemary, Blood Orange, Spumoni, and Limoncello | Bellissimo Bar | Caramellos | Gianduiotti Classico and Maximo. Silent Auction items valued at $500 will be featured with 100% of the proceeds going to our Chapter's Scholarship Fund, in memory of Dame Phyllis Ann Marshall (Amy Jo’s Les Dames Sponsor).

Non-members in the culinary and hospitality industry are welcome, so please invite a colleague that might be interested in the Les Dames d'Escoffier organization!
