Disneyland Culinary Behind-the-Scenes Event

Executive Chef Christine Weissmann bi-coastal head of both Disneyland Parks (Florida and California), plus Disney F&B Director Michelle Gendreau, and Manager Allison Moore gave LDEI LA/OC Members a rare behind-the-scenes culinary tour at Disneyland.

We visited Big Thunder Ranch BBQ, Tomorrowland Terrace, The Plaza Inn Character Dining, the New Orleans Main Kitchen, with a contemporary lunch and a Q&A session at the Central Bakery.
